For the past few months, our club has been working hard to prepare for this event, where we will be selling a large assortment of seedlings, including the following varieties: Tomatoes: – San Marzano – Roma – Sweetie Basil: – Genovese – Sweet Mint: – Common Dill: – Mammoth Zinnias: – Regular Mixed Colors – Giant Mixed Colors Cosmos: – Mixed Colors (in reds, pinks, oranges, and yellows) Marigolds: – Mixed Colors (in reds, oranges, and yellows) Please keep in mind that the flower seedlings (Zinnias, Cosmos, and Marigolds) will not be mature enough by the time of the sale to see what color the flowers will be, so it will be a surprise! We will have over 400 seedlings to sell, including over 120 tomato, 120 basil, and over 80 zinnia seedlings , so don’t be afraid to buy in bulk! The Sale will be cash only. Stop by as we work to share the bounty of the greenhouse with the GS community! In Friendship, Matteus Fontes ’24 Plant Club Leader x Entrepreneurship Class Project: Bowls.We.Love Pop-Up! Bowls.We.Love will be running our pop-up stations for the Entrepreneurship class project during lunchtime on Wednesday, May 15 in the Main Lobby! ? All of our bowls are hand crafted with care and are designed to be a sustainable and useful art piece in your kitchen/dorm. They are all microwave and dishwasher safe and incorporate eastern style with George school theme. The size of each bowl is around 7 inches (size might vary a bit since they are handmade), making it a perfect size bowl for your ramen or pho! Each bowl is $25. We will be accepting cash and Venmo (@Haoyu-Wang-73).
